We want you to be fully satisfied with your OBEY Clothing purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and limited-edition collaborations are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack the Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
